The last two CBFs were held in Malta (2005) and Uganda (2007), and each constituted the biggest business conferences ever held in those countries. Speakers at previous CBFs have included CEOs and Chairpersons from leading global companies as well as past and current government leaders such as Tony Blair, PM UK; John Howard, PM Australia; Jean Chretien, PM Canada; Thabo Mbeki, President South Africa; Helen Clark, PM New Zealand; Goh Chok Tong, PM Singapore; Olusegun Obasanjo, President of Nigeria; Yoweri Museveni, President of Uganda; Owen Arthur, PM Barbados; Patrick Manning, PM Trinidad & Tobago; and Hubert Ingraham, PM Bahamas.
